Hi, I'm America, owner of Charlie Rose and mom of two toddlers (Charlotte, 4 and Lucas, 2). I have been in the industry as an avid shopper and small shop lover since becoming a mom, opening up my own store has been a dream since then. Based in the outskirts of Memphis TN, Charlie Rose is the place to find slow fashion, trendy, sustainable and modern goods of heirloom quality. When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. If you need your order by a certain date, please feel free to email us at charlieroseinfo@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Local Deliveries

Hi 901! We offer local delivery (within a 15mi radius) with no minimum spend. Please allow 3 business days for delivery. If you need your order same day or next, you can email us at charlieroseinfo@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please make sure you have tracking number on your return as we cannot guarantee a refund on missing packages that have no tracking information.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Swimwear, gift cards and any item purchased with a discount greater than 15% will be considered FINAL SALE. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
