Size is based on European shoe sizing.
EU to US shoe size conversion is as follows:

18/20 = 6-12 months // US toddler shoe size 3-5
21/23 = 12-24 months // US toddler shoe size 5-7
24/27 = 2-4 years // US children's shoe size 7-10.5
28/31 = 5-8 years // US children's shoe size 11-13.5
32/35 = 9-12 years // US kids shoe size K1-K4

Care Instructions: Collegien socks can be machine-washed, but we suggest you wash them inside out, at 30°C, with similar colors, to maximize wear and durability. No tumble drying, dry cleaning, ironing or bleaching.
